TRUWORTH DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY

Office London does not want to refund me it has been almost a full month, they claim to have paid the money into my account but nothing has reflected into my account , a refund should never take a month to be paid into an account.nobody seems to be helpful in the store and the call centre. they keep sending me to my bank making it seem like something is wrong with my account when my account is active . Very poor and bad service at Office London Cavendish. i paid with my debut card.
