<p>I've never been disrespected by an agent in this manner. She was very rude to and even hanged up on me when i was trying to make arrangments for this month.</p>

We escalated this matter to the relevant management of the agency to investigate. They verified that whilst the consultant did attempt to make a payment arrangement, with you, the call was not handled in the correct manner. They will therefore address this matter with the consultant to ensure that our high standard of service is adhered to.
