Truworst quality and service!
The customer service of Truworths is the worst I have experienced in my life. I bought 3x shirts worth R1000. 00. The same day I bought these shirts I was inspecting them for I know the quality of Truworths isn't the best lately. I found one shirts stitching was pulling loose in the front of the shirt. The next day I took it back to exchange it but were told that it was the last shirt in my size they had and because I'm Not an account holder with them they can not assist me in ordering another shirt for me! I can either give the shirt back or drive a 100kms from Bela Bela to Pretoria Menlyn where they might have one available for me! Now that is the service you get from Truworths nowadays. Not to mention the quality of the clothing, I have no less than three other shirts in my cupboard which I also bought from Truworths where you can CLEARLY see that these whole shirts are *****ed and stitched scew! Shame on you Truworths and shame on your Bela Bela Staff! DISGUSTING REALLY!
