Truworhs online items

I purchased items of about R1000 with Truworths online. I purchased a pink blazer and to my disappointment this jacket was ripped on more then 2 places and the quality, it was marked down for about R500, this item shouldn't have been sold online. I sadly removed the labels and can't take it back. So disappointed as I have been purchasing items online for quite some time but this experience leaves me with doubt.
