Truwords blatantly ignores my emails
If you send me a card in the mail asking me to open an account you best better atleast answer your emails! I have literally send them eight emails over the past two weeks with no response. This REALLY upsets me as I know someone opens my mail and closes it without replying.
I've opened an account by you you asked me to. You don't have my account details to run a debit order so how do you expect me to get it paid? You expect me to go in every month and pay it? Time is money and my time costs money.
This is my last attempt to get an response from truwords from here on I just don't pay and let it effect my personal credit record!

26 Oct 2021, 11:42I have now made more than enough effort in contacting you you've blocked my emails for some reason yet you never responded to them. If you want me to pay the owed amount when pay date comes closer you can do the effort your working standards with customer service is up to ****. It's not that hard of a job really
