Trustworths *****ers with *********** staff

I'm so irritated with truworths. I went on the 23/11/2021 to settle my account, the lady said I owed R1263, 85. I made a full payment. Now, a week later, I went back for a settlement letter, I was told that I owe R500, after fighting with them and asking for the lady that help me the previous Friday, I ended up paying that R500. Now today I called MBD to request paid up letter, first lady promised to email the letter. I didn't get the email so I called again another rude lady told me that I need to pay R100 for the letter then as I was probing she hung up. I'm so fed up with truworths. Please please don't open an account!!!!! @
