I purchased shoes which were on special and wore the shoes once but they were incredibly slippery almost feel 3 times. I returned the pair with the slip 3 days after i purchased them , I was advised that I won't get a refund or an option to exchange because shoes have been worn. They advised that the shoes will be taken to Head office for an assessment and I'll be contacted in 3 days, almost a week later still waiting,..
