Truly appreciate the effort

<p>Greetings.</p> <p>Having been a recipient of poor customer service on various occasions, it's a breadth of fresh air to experience the contrary once in a while.Good service is rare these days, as employees seldom take the time to cater to customers' basic needs.</p> <p>However,this is not always the case.Recently I went to the Umlazi Truworths branch looking for a pair of formal shoes which I was going to wear for the resumption of work this year.I found a shoe that I had liked,but to my disappointment, they did not have it in my preferred size.However,they informed me that I could locate it at Bridge City.Now, being a Lamontville resident,Kwamashu is somewhat of unfami**** territory to me. The gentleman from Bridge City who was assisting me who goes by the name of Lungelo, made sure that I was'nt going to get lost. He gave me detailed directions on how to get from where I was to Bridge city, and even went as far as sending me a map showing the exact location of bridge city, and the quickest route that I needed to take to get there. Along the way, he also made a few calls to me to make sure that I was still on the right path, and was not lost. Upon my arrival at Bridge City, my shoe was kept aside, and waiting for me to collect.I thanked Lungelo dearly.</p> <p>This was the best customer service I had received in a while...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!</p>
