Trueworths LADYSMITH the worst in S.A

The most perthetic store to walk in and do returns is Trueworths ladysmith. Horrible people with horrible stories. I spend with Trueworths in and estimate of R50k a year or may more. I walked in do return one t-shirt that my wife had purchased as per the store manger we need your proof of purchase. I honestly hate this type of service. Why can't you Trueworths see its your brand and refund us?
