Trueworths exchange policy suck

My sister bought me a skirt on weekend and the size doesn't fit i took it to trueworths eastgate to get a size bigger with a proof of purchases but i was told to go get her account card for exchange and she left to limpopo i mean why make our life difficult ?their return policy sucks.
