Trueworths Eastrand mall is ****, Nd managers are rude

Today 29 May, I recieved an sms for 50% sale from Trueworths, I went to Eastrand stores and was assisted by Mpho. I bought 4 pairs of ladies shoes, that I were packed on the door as sale items and when I got to the till they told me that one pair of shoes was not on sale items, but to my surprise the were many of the same shoe on the floor, I even looked for my size as the was lot of them, So they told me I have to pay the full price, nd there not on sale why the many of them, And why they had sticker and why they are packed with on sale items, this is ****.
