I am so angry that truworths online sold me a shoe that has already been worn.

I bought a shoe online and went to truworths adderley street to return where the staff Including the manager treated me so bad that I should take that shoe coz I have worn it meanwhile even the shoe is so big for me hence I also had to return it

I left the shoe at the till because how do I even wear a big shoe that is so damaged and I have collected it at the store where the service is also so bad they did not even open to check if the order is correct

Their quality and service is too bad

I had to even wait for a very long time to get a teller because they all just always roaming around the shop and let only one teller to work for a very long line
