Trueworth Poor sustomer service

I currently have an account at Truewrth however mananged to pay R150 inmstead of R250 due to the covid 19 and being unable to work normal hour today i receive a threatening call from MBD is this even allowed,whats abaut people who are not even getting salaries at all and hjave been paying good

this behaviour is uncalled for can someone please call me and explain to me if they aint aware of Covid 19 and how it has affected people M also annjoyed by the letter of demand whats exactly is being demanded from me i short payed with R100 not that i ddint pay at all m so ****en ****ed can someone call me on *** Nolwandle Billa ***
