Trueworth POOR POOR POOR quality on shoes

i bought a pair of tekkis at trueworths on the 22/04/2017, within a months they were already pealing off. Knowing of how they don't want their items to be returned, they dont even give customers a proper explanation of refusing to give back damaged items

I returned mine at Pretea Glen mall branch, i was told they will be returned to Cape town after i insisted they are returned, and the question was do you drive???????...i had to sighn up a receipts confirming that they might be returned back as they are, of which i agreed due to their incompetency and bad customer services.

Ineed a refund, if i have to last with theit items for less than a months.... i will be willing to cancel their account..BAD..BAD ...BAD .. and POOR material

Thank you for raising your quality concern with us.

Truworths is very proud of its commitment to offering merchandise of superior quality and style. As a result, we were concerned to hear of your disappointment with the shoes purchased at one of our stores.

When merchandise presents with a potential quality issue, our Returns Policy makes provision for the item to be assessed within six months from the date of purchase. If the Store Manager is unable to establish the cause of the damage in store, the item is sent to our Quality Assurance department at our Head Office for further assessment.

Although you were not pleased with the feedback regarding this matter, we trust that you will understand that in this instance the item had to be returned for assessment and we will make contact once we have the necessary information of the outcome.

Regards,

Truworths Online Team.
