Tru worths

Good day I'm very disappointed in Truworths I paid up my account on 27th August as our money I only reflected then we I'm trying the get a statement saying I payer the full amount but I see it still doesn't reflect on my statement also it was locked down and now im loosing this account I feel it's unfair I never implanted lock down our company only opened 2September please help to have send over dozen of emails already with all wrong information repies
