TROWORTHS ACCOUNT SETTLED/DMC COLLECTIONS STILL OPENED

My Truworths Account ***,is being PAID UP on 04/02/2025...AMOUNT OF R7232,I made payment via the online system,and Truworths did received the money because my TRUWORTHS Account is closed. Ref.Tracuopdsw at 10:49 on the 4/2/25 was the payment made.

But I am receiving emails from DMC Collections since last week regarding my TRUWORTHS Account ???Who are they Truworths please explain to me!!!And then I see today on my credit report that my TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED ,BUTTTTTT DMC COLLECTION IS OPEN FOR ON BEHALF OF MY TRUWORTHS for my ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!eish, someone needs to explain to me whats going on...

According to DMC,I was handed over to them by Truworths, so my account is stll showing open, Truworths need to make contact with DMC to inform them my account is being settled in order for them to remove DMC from my credit report..NO MAN HA A ,I PAID ALOT OF MANY TO SETLLED MY ACCOUNT.
