Troowies online store sucks!!!!!!!!!

recently ordered an item on truworths sa online store. they confirmed i placed the order but a few days later they send me a message that they don't have the item and got my order cancelled and had to wait another 5-7 days to get my money back. Truworths really sucks they really have to do something about the items that are advertised but not really in stock. Bash does this so well. very dissapointing eyy
