triple charged @ R5900
paid amount of R1900 on my account at kalahari mall branch on Monday 26 January 2015 using my bank card. amount was subtracted from my account three days in a row, leaving my bank account in minus. 2 extra payments was reversed few days later with bank cost of R90 per reversal. crippled me financially for the whole month

We can confirm that customers' bank accounts were erroneously debited for the period of 25 and 26 January 2015.
Standard Bank confirmed that the error occurred on their side. We were informed that all duplications and triplications will be reversed and that this will remain an isolated incident.
