Treatin customers unfairly

I'm so disappointed at truworths sky city mall. Went in today (29/11/2024) saw an uzzi Jean on speacial from R899 to R440 but when I got to the till i was charged R450 then when made an enquiry about it the cashier called the manager she just said "sorry my sister" and I requested for my R10 to be refunded she said they can't because it was a mistake that was made by the floor people and their system is not setup to refund same time or I can come back after a week or so to collecty R10. I was shocked and pazzled by her respond and her leadership quality. Why is she blaming the floor people insteas of taking responsibility as a manager and on top of that she did not take me serious when I requested to my R10 to be refunded, she was just laughing, making a mockery out of me, out of something that work hard for day in and day out. Is not my problem that the captured the prices incorrectly. I'm still disgusted by her behaviour, a customer had to take out a R10 from my pocket t.o refund me. I'm so disappointed, If I come to your store I expect to pay what I see on your price tag. If it was the other way around, came in R10 short, the was no way that you guys will give me the item I wanted to buy. Please educate your managers about customer service, not the unfair treatment that is currently going in that store
