Treated Like a ********

I am utterly disgusted with Truworths, was sent a card in mail, went in with everything requested to activate it, was told its ready to be used, got my vouchers and everything, about 2 months or so afterwards I try to use my card, to be told that there is a block put on it and they don't know why??? They took my first voucher and when I left due to limited time they didn't even give the voucher back just my ID and card. No follow up no support nothing. You can really shove the card and account as I felt like a ******** there.
