Treat your good customers like ****

I recently settled my account in full which was approx 6-7 thousand after which
I started using it again. I currently owe about R400 on my account, I was supposed to pay R40 last month but paid R100. I have been getting a phone call every day telling me I owe R40 and it is going to reflect negatively.
Now just because you are too lazy to look and see I've paid double I don't think I want to use your credit anymore. Also I settle a large amount and my credit limit is less afterwards. I will be closing my account due to your poor service.

Thank you for your post.

We acknowledge your frustration in this regard and can confirm and thank you for the payments received. Our intention with sending arrears communication is certainly not to upset our customers and we regret that it was received in this manner. In sending this communication we inform our customers on the current status of their accounts and it allows the opportunity for payment arrangements to be made should a customer not be able to meet their payment commitments.

When an account holder pays his/her account in advance, via Electronic Funds Transfer (eft), they are required to contact us to inform us to allocate the funds as a pre-payment.

We can confirm that we have contacted you to discuss this matter and whilst we regret that you were unhappy with the feedback provided we hope that you will be able to perceive and accept our stance in this regard.

We trust that we have adequately responded to your query, however should you have any further enquiries please contact us on 021- ********** or via email on **********

Kind regards,

Truworths Online Team
