Traumatised by Truworths

<p>Hi there, my name is Ntokozo. </p> <p>I had a truworths account that I settled 9 years ago.I have since realised they have a judgement against me of which when I phoned their legal department I was first told I have 3 accounts with them the first one being the one I owe & the second one being the one I settled& the third one being the one I haven't used. When I disputed this the lady that I was speaking to.who refused to disclose her name shouted at me & told me I opened these accounts I then went to one of their branches & on the system it reflected one account of which when the sales attendant helped me to phone their legal department again they said they couldn't help me. What do you really do when you treated like this & being sent from Pillar to post!</p>
