Top notch service

I had the most wonderful service from Nqobile Mathebula on the afternoon of the 8th of February! I needed some items of clothing which were not available to me at a previous branch I tried to get because they were stock taking. Nqobile went the extra mile for me to search the items of clothing I urgently needed. She really went out of her way to help me look for these items, she called other branches where we saw they had stock. She is a true a well deserved ambassador for the Truworths brand and we certainly need more people like her! It is not often that I see this kind of customer service, where I see it, I will make it known that I appreciate it. I hope Truworths Melrose gives her the accolades she deserves.<br> Well done Nqobile!
