Took money from my account for what i don't know
On the 19th February Truworths took an amount of R1 186.65 from my account which I don't know what is for. I had an account with them which I closed last year don't even remember when. went to my bank to reverse this and was told Truworths have to do it from their side. went to Truworths Northgate where the cashier called the head office and they said comeback on Monday because legal department is closed. Today (23 Feb) i called to find out what it is for and the person helping me couldn't even find my details on their system. i am really frustrated with this because i have no clue why they took this money and i want it back. because of this my account was also impacted.
