Tomato smart watch/ Truworths

Bought a smart watch in December, the maker of the watch is Tomato, it wouldn't charge, took it in and after 2 weeks I was told to collect a new one, less than a week after collection the "new" watch refuses to charge. I am disappointed and upset, I can't be running up and down weekly due to poor workmanship of the watch. I don't know who is at fault but I don't want a replacement, just a refund.
