Thruworths online purchase

I'm very disappointed with Truworths online shopping. I bought a dress online on the 1st of November 2019 and was told that it only takes 3-5 working days for an order to be delivered. Today it is the 15th of November 2019 and I still have not received my order, I called them on the 8th of November and was told that my order has been dispatched but it still hasn't arrived, I called again on the 12th of November and was told that it is with the couriers but yet still it did not arrive, I called again on the 15th of November and this time I was told that there was a problem with the courier and they are not sure when my parcel will be delivered.

I have a function on the 16th of November and I really needed that dress for that function but I still do not have it. I do not advice anyone to do an online purchase with Truworths because they are extremely unreliable. Very disappointed.
