Disappointed Review of service i got online from Thruworths

Deepest disappointment with the recent service from Thruworths. As a customer who values punctuality and reliability, my experience with your company fell far short of expectations.

I placed an order on [10/07/2024], expecting it to arrive within the stipulated timeframe of 5-7. Unfortunately, even now I haven’t received it, which caused significant inconvenience. Despite receiving a confirmation of dispatch, the package did not reach me as promised. Insteat i had to phone the Courier It company since when i phoned Thruworths they said the parcel is with them, now the Courier company is telling me that they did receive the parcel but now they lost it since they can't find it at their warehouse.

This delay not only disrupted my plans but also reflected poorly on Thruworths' commitment to customer service. In today's competitive market, timely delivery is crucial, and this incident has certainly tarnished my perception of your brand.

Moreover, the lack of proactive communication regarding the mix up was particularly frustrating. I had to reach out multiple times to inquire about the status of my order, only to receive vague responses that didn't help me in anyway.

Now apparently i'm going to get a refund but no one knows at thruworths when the refund will be processed. This is just messy and i am not happy at all.

As a result of this experience, I am now hesitant to place future orders with Thruworths. Reliable delivery and transparent communication are fundamental aspects of any retail service, and I urge your team to take immediate steps to prevent such incidents from recurring.

I hope that my feedback prompts a review of your logistics and customer service processes. Customers should feel valued and respected throughout their shopping journey, from order placement to delivery.
