Thruworths not willing to refund a online order that was not delivered.

I ordered 4 items online on 24 October, 10 days later 1 Item was delivered. I phoned Thruworths and they promised to get back to me, I made 7 phone calls after this and still had no answers and Truworths did not return my Calls, when I eventually demanded answers they told me 2 different stories. Since then I have been trying to get my money out of Thruworths. Lynette Louw the Call Centre manager is not getting back to me and neither is Washila, I phone them on a daily basis and ask them to give me feedback on my refund and they just keep promising to return my calls, and they just don't. I honestly don't know what to do to get my money out of them, it is +- R800.
