Thruworths ********* and Bad customer Service Knysna
Wors customer service at Knysna Branch. Thruworths should follow the CPA, and not make up there own rules. You can return a garment with swing tagged on. No law says you have to have all the other documents. It's ********* to there customers and totally unnecessary to pit a customer in that position. Garment is new and tag on. Woolworth does it,all other stores does it,why not Thruworths. Bad retail!!

17 Jan 2024, 10:52Again it's not acordto the CPA, not was there any board or visible signs states your " spesial made up rules" And again other retail stores in lingerie Woolworth doest not have this practice. I presume they treat there customers according to the law. Swing tag was on and garment was 100%.
