Threats by Truworths

My sister opened an account with Truworths and she's missed a months payment. Due to unforseen circumstances, they have threatened her saying that they are going to attach her house hold stuff. I want to be emailed showing where it states that attachment will take place. Is this how Truworths treats customers. If she does not receive an apology I will be taking this further. Your staff had no right to threaten her with attaching her stuff. It doesn't work like that and you need to get competant staff who know the law.
