Threatening and invasive

I have been a very good customer of Truworths for over 20 years.

They have never had to hunt for money - I might be a bit late but I've always paid .... yet God forbid I'm unable to come in on the 1st because then I get the nastiest , most threatening emails , SMS's , phone calls all within a day or two , the Joke is that I have been waiting for more than 6 months for a new card ... Not a single call, not a single email not a single phone call. I have been in to buy and have to use my ID every time ..... and even better ! they cannot get the card to me I must go to the store to collect.... shocking , just shocking !
