This cashier went above and beyond her job detail
Four weeks ago I went into this branch and asked for a pair of boots to be sent to this branch from another. Two weeks later it had not happened. I then went in and spoke to Maggie. She said it was a difficult ask for a few reasons but would try. To cut a long story short the store was unable to assist so she tried to make a plan on her own accord. She tried very hard to meet the needs of the customer in this case after I was previously let down by the store. Maggie is to be commended for her work ethic and her excellent customer service. Well done Maggie and thank you for doing the best that you can and for your follow up. The manager at this store is Gift. I unfortunately never got the boots due to the other store error but I do thank Maggie for her efforts.
