The lady could have ****** my card, i dont know why she said she didnt have it when she had it. She is extremely rude and im very disappointed. The queues were long and we had to wait for over an hour then get very bad treatment from the lady at your cellphones counter. Please solve this issue and teach her customer etiquette. In Maponya Mall
