<p>Truworths and identity are not to be trusted. I have been receiving calls and messages from both telling me to pay my account where I never opened any account with them. They asked for some documents and I submitted those documents but still they calling me telling me that I need to pay. They say they haven't received those documents. How can you not receive a fax and an email for more than two weeks? How can you open an account without verifying their identity. You don't care about anyone but your selves. This is a ****************. Every one need to check if they are not being ****** like me. Please take action or I will.</p>

At Truworths we view issues of irregular credit activity in a very serious light.
We have liaised with the relevant department and were informed that the required documents were received for the Truworths account and that the investigation is currently in process.
We believe that a consultant has contacted you regarding the Identity account and informed you that the required documents were regrettably not received. She has further requested from you to send these directly to her via email.

I thought this issue was being resolved since I was told it's under review up to now I'm still waiting for the call. Are you still investigating? the thing is I can't open accounts now, I can't take contracts because of Truworths. This account is in areas now. Just be clear if this is how you make money for your selves. Do you want me to pay for your poor verification. please assist urgently this is not a joke it's personal to me
