They don't care after ypu have paid

My account was handed over to Daly,I paid the settlement amount and sent them proof of payment then sent an email to find out if payment was received,emails and whatsApp messages were ignored,they then called 7 days later to tell me that the proof of payment has been received and they are yet to allocate my payment,I then asked them to send me an email confirming that the debt was paid atleast because it still appears as owing on their website and they said they could only do that after the allocation,how long does it take to allocate payments,I need this debt removed from my credit profile ASAP and why won't either of you (Daly credit corp and Truworths)confirm that I paid,Daly credit corp clearly does not care about customer service?
