They dont care about me
I was in an unfortunate issue when my ID de*****ed and someone made purchases with my name, I escalated the matter to Truworths however they did not assist me.
I sent all documentation that they needed but my issue is still not sorted since last year November and its impacting my credit score.
I sent emails to Minkie N****eni and to Chantel Hendricks in the ***** department but my issue is still not sorted.
I would like them to please remove those purchases from my Credit Score Please.
