They didn't allow me to purchase and I'm a Truworths client

I was not happy about what has occurred today bad service ever Truworths in Pretoria.They make 50% special then tell customers that the system is offline for two hours then they closed the store.When i tell the m to put away clothes that I want to purchase they tell me that they can't I'm 😡 ****ed....
