Their mistake is costing me and they cant fix it or take responsibility.

I have an account with and have been paying, have never missd a payment. They have put me on a 12month and 6month plan running concurrently which makes my monthly installment ridiculous. I have been told this will be fixed but nothing, their customer service is useless. I really cant wait to pay them off and cancel their useless account. Its not like you cant their clothes on Victoria street at a very cheap price.
