theft in truworths sometset mall

The manager( kaylee) openly stle R20 from me. When i confronted her she judt denied it. But first the cashier counted wrong (i immediately pointed it out) Then the manager and cashier let the R5s fall behind the counter.then kayly ( manager denied the money i already counted several times). I requested check on cameras but they have no cameras.so when you go to somerset mall - to truworths its alliwed to be ********** because there is no cameras and the manager openly *****s from customers. I dont think that is right i asked to speak to the area manager i was not allowed. WHAT PROTECTS CUSTOMERS FROM THE THEFT THAT IS GOING ON IN TRUWORTHS SOMERSET MALL????? The manager also refused to assist me when i asked for assistance. Extremely rude and degrading in front of the whole shop and all the public ( in my opinion in such a traumatic event the manager should ve handled the problem aside but she was extremely unproffessional. I had to deal with her because i had to pick up my laybuy. How can this be allowed. What kind of bussiness is truworths??? They dont even deserve one star.nas
