Theft In Store
On Saturday (24/02/2018) while shopping at truworths mall of Africa, we notice that our zara shopping bag has been ****** from our baby stroller. We immediately report it to the securities, who confirm that there is lot of theft that happens in this store. Then they refer us to the store manager, upon speaking to them they say there are no cameras in the store. There is nothing they can do. This was very disappointing from such a reputable store.
We strive to provide an enticing, exciting and visually appealing fashion retail environment where our customers can shop effortlessly at all times. For this reason, we deemed it necessary to escalate your concerns raised for the immediate attention of the respective Floor Manager.
We regret that this incident happened in one of our stores, under the assumption that the mentioned bag had been ******. Truworths will not hesitate to investigate any allegations, as service excellence and providing our customers with an effortless shopping experience is of fundamental importance to us.
