Theft from Truworths Worcester, MOUNTAIN MILL

Today on the 13th May I went to Truworths Mountain Mall in Worcester to exchange my clothes for a different size clothes that I alleady bought and was at my home I took in for an exchange for Mother's Day and Truworths stole it back saying I cannot exchange it because my account is one month in erea, which I will pay like I do every month on the 15 which is Monday. But Truworths decided to ***** it back in front of a lot of customers leaving me with nothing to give my mother on Mother's Day. I have nothing to give my mother on Mother's Day. I have never in my life been so hurt by a relail shop whom I support a lot just couldn't make one month payment in time and this is how they say thank you to a customers, not even to buy something new, TO EXCHANGE. You can explain till you are blue to customer care over You can explain till you are blue to customer care over the phone they just say your account is in area, BY ONE MONTH CHECK YOUR HISTORY.AND THE CLOTHES HAVE ALREADY BEEN AT MY HOME SO ITS OK FOR YOU TO GO *****E IT BACK??
