Theft
Urgent I purchased items order number *** which was not delivered however I got an SMS stating that it was delivered. So this is theft and forgery. If I do not receive a full report I will open a case at the police station. It is unacceptable that you have ******* as courier staff.

06 Feb 2025, 09:48I called your call centre again who are useless. The managers refuse to take calls. Some agent didn't even know that the matter was escalated. Leehogo. I have other orders that are supposed to be delivered I need urgent feedback or stop all my orders. I have paid and need my money back.
