The worst service ever

If i could, I'd give them half a star, My mom n I went to the Riverside store, Nelspruit today to get a phone for her under her truworths account. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited for almost an hour before being attended by this rude lady who works by the cellphones department. There was absolutely no need to wait that long as the store was relatively empty, my mom was ****** of her belongings including her purse which had her ID card and license. We brought a temporal ID for the transaction but we were unable to receive any help as this lady bluntly told us she doesn't accept it even if u have an account with them. Her demeanor was absolutely unacceptable from the very beginning seemed bored and uninterested with assisting us and sent us away immediately after realizing we only had the Temporal ID. After driving 42 km to town this is not what we expected.
