The worst online ordering services Ever
For such a high value store they have the WORST online delivery service ever. They give such poor updates their online ordering services is pathetic and their employees are extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. I have ordered from other local stores like P group and Shoe city and they have excellent service you get good updates and service for the value of your money and Trueworths should honestly take some tips from them because their delivery communication/order tracking is **********.

23 Feb 2024, 12:19I'm truly disappointed with your service's honestly you should not charge people for delivery services if it's going to be so pathetic and it seems to me that the lack of updates and information comes from TRUEWORTHS not the delivery service provider and in the manner you're online services employees speaks to customers is concerning.

20 Mar 2024, 12:32I just feel like if you provide proper services and updates and give your staff more training on how to communicate and load information into the system, you will not need to give an apology. You need to do some deep diving into your online ordering services and how it works. The updates are poor and orders are being delivered in drips and draps (1 order is split into four different delivery dates, it's inconvenient ) the packaging is horrible when it arrives. The staff is extremely rude when you phone to enquire about your experiences
