The worst customer service from Thruwoths

I'm a victim of identity theft and Thruworths is one of the stores where my ID was used to open an account,. I went to the police to report get an affidavit so I can clear my credit report, I'm told to get proof that "I have an account with them". I've been going back and forth with them because they are refusing to provide me with this proof, because the account was not opened by me they want the police to call them and request this. When I asked for a reference number, they refused.Their call centre staff is very rude!
