The worse service ever

I am extremely upset disappointed and disgusted by the service I have received from you store at Cavendish Square. I bought a pants yesterday and returned it today however the cashier and manager refused to exchange it as they assumed and said I wore it as I did not I have a right as a consumer and will take this matter to the ombudsman as I won't be treated like they did and literally told me that I wore the pants.

I will not go through lengths like this if I know I wore. I was so insulted as there were customers in store to insult me like that. According to them they said there is a mark on it as there is no such I will keep it like I bought it and will let higher authority analyze it and see it was worn. The people at the store needs to be held liable for this behavior.
