I went there it was the 7th of November I went to do shoes exchange and I decided to take the bag when I went to the till counter I forgot to pay for the bag I only did exchange I was holding the bag with the other hand.Then when I was about to go outside the shop this things in the door started making noise and I was like hhaybo what is happening now,I started looking at myself then I noticed that I did not pay for the bag I went back to the till counter on my way there I meet this guy from the shop he asked what happened I told him he said no it's fine let's go so that you can pay for the bag I told him it was a mistake,okey when I get in the till counter security guards came to me and asked what happened I told them that I forgot to pay for the bag and it's a mistake they didn't want to understand they said "no you took this bag on you way when you are about to go outside not that you forget to pay for it" I tried to make them understand but they didn't want to they told me am not the first person who did this so which means it's our plan,they then told me I have to wait for the security guards from the mall so that we can speak about my matter then I ask them hhawu now you are making this thing big while I was about to pay for then bag,they said it's a big issue because if this things on the door didn't make noise I was gonna take the bag and go I said no if that was the case I was not gonna come back I was going to just ignore it and they was no one in the door who stopped me I just came back myself.

We wait for that security guards from the mall they came they listen to the side of my story,mind you am crying cz I see now this thing is becoming big am crying and apologizes telling them it's a mistake, everyone now who is coming and going out the shop is looking at me I felt embarassed at the same time is was they were harrassing me,okey then I told the security guards from the mall the side of my story they understood and told me I must not do this mistake again so I must pay for the bag,then the security guards from the shop they said no when I pay the bag I must double the price cz I was *****ing them and now I must use cash not account cz I was going to use account the same as exchange cz I have Truworths account so most of the time am using it when I buy clothes.

Okey then we started arguing when I told them I don't have cash mind you the bag cost R500 something so I won't have that cash,after that they allowed me to pay using account,after that they told me that they have to take a picture of myself holding thing bag with the security guards yoooo I felt like it was the end of the world for me I cried telling them am sorry it was the mistake,but they kept on taking those pictures of me crying holding the bag with one of security guards...yooooo those people harrassed me those people humiliated me even today when I think about it I cry,it happened at Truworths in Birch Acres mall at Tembisa Gauteng.

When I got in the house I sent email to customer service centres they didn't reply I phone them on the 8th they said they will read my email I phone again on the 9th they said they gonna phone the store and the store will phone me back,the store didn't get back to me,I decided to phone back to the customer service centre on the 11th they said the will call the store again so that day the lady from the shop called me she said she is a supervisor she was not in the shop that day so she want to hear from me the side of my story,I told her what happened and I was shocked and suprise that all this things happend but they didn't inform management okey then the lady said she will phone me back after talking to the staff and found out from their side what exactly happened so guys today it's the 21st I haven't heard anything from the shop, which means the don't care how I feel they don't care how they humiliated me they don't care what trauma they put me through they don't care how the harrassed me
