The most useless company ever!!!!!!!!!!

There is always something with Truworths.. Their service is not like other companies! They always dissapoint!!

I made a purchase online for someone, The item didnt fit and he went to your store in Pretoria "Church" , apparently to i am needed for exchange as an account holder! To just exchange not refund but to exchange!!! Why did Truworths make this option if changing is such difficult!! To change to one size bigger require an account holder!!! WOOOOW!!!! SO I HAVE TO ARRANGE FOR THE ITEM TO COME WHERE I AM , in another province so that i can exchange and send back??? Woooow Truworths!!!!!

You will never and i mean NEVER find such incompetence with the TFG and other companies!! I even regret to have made this purchase with you. It is actually a first purchase this year since last incompetence and horrible service of the last time, last year!! To EXCHANGE ,JUST CHANGE ,NEED AN ACCOUNT HOLDER!!! WOOOOW!!!!
