The most terrible online retailer.
The most pathetic online retail service!!
I placed an online order on the 30th of September 2022 as of today which is the 10th of October 2022 I'm still waiting for the order to be delivered.
Received an sms on Friday stating that the order will be delivered between 8h00 and 17h00 (07.10.2022) but nothing.
Truworths please take a few pointers from Woolworths you place an online order and within 2-3 days you receive your order. Any order above a certain amount and delivery is free whereas you Truworths charges delivery fee of R60 no matter the order amount, yet your service is absolutely horrific.
WOW!!! this is pathetic.
