That's why I hate Truworths - it's a shame they are running Earth Addict into the ground
Did an online purchase. Paid with a credit card. Got a call from Truworths wanting my personal banking info before they would consider to deliver my order that I paid for with a completely different bank account. I refuse to give it to them and they simply refuse to give me my online order WHICH I LEGALLY PAID FOR WITH MY REAL OWN MONEY!!!!! I had to provide personal info that I did NOT give permission for them to get in the first place. What happened to POPIA!!!!!!

How would you know if I'm telling the truth or not if you don't have my personal data? I want to know where you bought my info from. I did NOT give permission for my personal info to be sold off to you. Read up on the CPA and the POPIA and tell me where you bought my info from!! Don't treat me like an idiot and lie to me about it being random questions. It's not about the questions, it's qbout where the h you bought my personal information from.
